Out & Equal was a powerhouse in corporate LGBTQ+ initiatives. But they wanted to represent and serve a broader (and younger) community of LGBTQ+ professionals. They came to us to craft a brand that would be more inclusive, modern, and vibrant. So we put the individual at the forefront, with floods of colorful gradients and bold text to express the value in any workplace of self-expression and being true to yourself.
